The Met on Ellerslie also offers great value as a new build penthouse selling off the plan when compared to older penthouses that have been resold in Hobart over the past 5 years. For example, the price per square metre of The Met penthouse is less than The Silos, Macquarie and Zero Davey penthouses, and One Collins penthouse (adjusted for inflation), which will be seven to eleven years older when the Met on Ellerslie is completed in Mid 2012.
One Collins is a residential complex located three blocks inland from Sullivans Cove with mostly inner city views. Completed in 2005 the complex comprises over 70 apartments including one penthouse which resold in mid 2007 for $3 million.
